 Twyce is looking for its new Senior Talent Manager to strengthen our team in Paris! As a member of our Paris office located at WeWork in Opéra, you'll work in a dynamic, stimulating environment, alongside a young, passionate team.

 As a Senior Talent Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :

Sourcing and Interviewing Candidates

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates according to needs, or recruiting based on profile.
• Identify new sourcing channels/tools.
• Coordinate and participate in the planning of recruitment interviews and sessions (pre-selection interviews, technical interviews, final interviews, job offers).

Recruitment Strategy

• Help define, implement and optimize sourcing and recruitment strategies and processes.
• Work with managers to identify niche roles and positions in the market and launch related recruitment campaigns

Marketing & Communication

• Opportunity communication (announcements, social networks, networking, etc.)
• Participation in events and management of relations with engineering schools
• Organization of in-house events (workshops, afterworks)

Admin & Process

• Track your results and activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
• You're the key person for ensuring that processes / deadlines / contractual deadlines are respected with collaborators.
• Activity reporting via our CRM

The position is based in the lively Opéra district, which means you can get to your customers quickly, eat in one of the many restaurants in the area or have a drink on our Rooftop or in one of the many bars in the area ;)

Qualifications 

Above all, we're looking for someone who's passionate about IT and driven by intrapreneurship, and who wants to be part of a superb adventure.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Talent Manager in an ESN, ideally in the Paris region
• Master's degree 1 or 2 from a business school or equivalent
