Your mission:
Reporting to the Research and Development Department, under the responsibility of the pole manager, the Scrum Master is responsible for guiding the development team in the implementation of agile practices.
In his role as Senior Scrum Master :
Serving the PO:
- Find effective product backlog management techniques
- Helps Scrum teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items
- Ensures that the Product Owner knows how to build the Product Backlog to maximize product value
Serving the Development Team :
- Leads the day-to-day activities of the team under his/her responsibility and ensures an adequate workload.
- Master your team's ability to get things done
- Share the team's performance with indicators previously validated by the team.
- Participate in sprint planning and ensure its proper execution
- Encourages commitment and initiative among team members
- Helps development team create high-value products
- Eliminates obstacles to development team progress
- Facilitates Scrum events (Daily, Refinement, Review and Retro) when requested or required
- Communicates, with pedagogy and diplomacy, with each team member and the rest of the stakeholders to ensure that the direction is the right one
Serving the Organization :
- Ensures compliance with the Scrum method used
Expected profile, Senior Scrum Master :
- Experience: 8-12 years
- Previous experience of an equivalent mission in a Data or Web context: reporting tools, data modeling, AI, Data Pipeline, etc.
- SAFE framework experience
