Your Mission
Reporting to the Business Projects Department, the Product Owner consultant is responsible for the evolution and maintenance in operational condition of the product(s) for which he/she is responsible. On a day-to-day basis, he/she is part of an agile team (Scrum Method), and co-animates its rituals in collaboration with the scrum master.
Mission 1: Product roadmap management
Activities :
- Feeding and prioritizing the product backlog: Evolution, MCO, Project, Redesign
- Preparing and leading community meetings
- Preparing and leading sprints and participating in other Scrum events
- Collaboration with project teams when the module is impacted by a project
- Interaction with support staff on reported needs and production launches
- Have a clear idea of whether their needs are covered or not
- Keeping documentation up to date: documentation, Release Notes
- Convergence of the description of functionalities with those maintained by the Architecture
- Setting up a monitoring organization adapted to the product
- Be a driving force behind process and tool upgrades for business units
Mission 2: Participate in product validation and deployment
Activities :
- Participation in the design/validation of the product testing and certification strategy
- Participate in the operational acceptance committee (COMOP), as well as the Go/No Go meeting, and share its recommendation regarding the production launch.
- Preparation of the roll-out strategy for a new version of the product in France and abroad, in collaboration with project managers and business units.
- Ensuring that the defined deployment strategy is properly implemented
- Participation in the VSR phase

- Backlog administration :
- Writing of user stories and tasks related to team work

- Formalization of deployment schedule for each application version
2.2. Expected profile - skills required
We are looking for a :
- At least 5 years' experience as a Product Owner
- Engineering degree or 5 years' higher education
- Has already held an equivalent position
Technical skills required :
- Mastery of mobile application / mobility tool management
- Certifications : Leading SAFe (Safe 5 Agilist (SA)), PSPO1 (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
- Methods mastered: SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban
- Written and spoken professional English
