Your mission:
- Your mission is to improve the agile maturity, incremental thinking skills and self-organization of our cross-functional teams, working both as a dedicated team member and as a change agent in the field.
- Work with other Agile coaches, development teams, tech leads and product managers to create an environment with high autonomy, critical thinking and alignment, where teams learn to self-organize based on a strong, well-understood vision and clear performance indicators.
- Accompany and train a domain, its management and teams on the effective application of Agile values, principles and practices, leading to high performance at a sustainable pace, and high employee engagement.
Support at three levels, with other domain-specific Agile coaches:
- Work with domain managers to support domain-wide topics
- Collaborate with your Agile Coaches peers in the CoE to support organization-wide topics.
- Support management at domain and team level, as well as team members.
Qualifications
Your skills:
- You have 2 to 5 years' experience as an Agile coach.
- You've worked with different frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean, Waterfall, LeSS and SAFe.
- You've worked with tools and software such as Jira and Confluence.
- You have a proven track record in promoting transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have a spirit of servant leadership and a natural desire to empower teams and individuals to reach the next level.
- You've encouraged a spirit of experimentation at every level.
- You supported and guided teams towards self-organization and agile maturity, welcoming ideation and innovation.
- You're a people person with great emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills. Building trust is your top priority.
- You're a self-starter with a structured approach and a pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude.
- You have worked closely with team leaders and area managers.
- You managed stakeholder expectations.
- You have a growth mindset and enjoy change management and organizational development tasks.
