Your mission:

The assignment will be within the Fund Management functional division, whose aim is to support business teams in their projects by supporting the IS and its transformations.

This department mainly addresses the needs of all Front teams (Portfolio managers, Analysts), but also to a lesser extent Front support teams (Risk, Data & Performance Measure, Advanced Middle, Compliance).

Within the framework of the mission which will be entrusted to him, the business analyst your missions will be :

• Project management, including framing and leading follow-up committees.
• Detailed analysis and drafting of specifications and recipes.
• Coordination of internal (internal developers, architects) and external (BPSS, CACEIS, Bloomberg, external developers) stakeholders
• Management of internal PMS maintenance
• Introduction of new types of financial instruments, impact analysis and specification of changes in tools.
• PMS support
• Internal tools: tracking of problems reported by user teams (managers, analysts, Trading, Middle-Office, Risk, Reporting)

For these services, you will be in charge of :

• Relations with users (gathering requirements, monitoring test phases),
• Writing detailed functional specifications,
• Development follow-up (interaction with development teams to answer their questions about specifications or business issues)
• Project monitoring (with the Scrum framework) in certain cases (implementation, governance monitoring, planning, coordination of project players, etc.)

Skills required for service provision

• Engineering school, business school or university BAC + 5 with a project management profile.
• Two years' experience in asset management in a similar position.
• Skills and experience required:
• Very good knowledge of a management company's front/middle office and organization.
• Good knowledge of financial products (Equity, Bonds, Forex, Derivatives).
• Financial certification (CFA, FRM, etc.) is a plus.
• Past experience in project management using Scrum methodology.

IT skills and experience required :

• Drafting of functional specifications / Drafting of recipe specifications
• Autonomy in data extraction and analysis using SQL.
• Ideally knowledge of a PMS
• Previous experience in software development is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
